Sheridan Area Rentals Wyoming — Vacation Rental Manager in Sheridan, WY

Listing details as of Sep 14, 2026

A small independent property manager offering one short-term cottage stay and long-term leases.

Sheridan Area Rentals Wyoming is a small, independently run property manager operated by Polly Burge, handling both long-term leases and one short-term stay, The Big Horn Cottage. The short-term cottage books through Airbnb, while long-term leases are arranged through an application process directly with the company. This is a much smaller operation than Sheridan's other vacation-rental managers, with a single short-term unit rather than a multi-property portfolio. Guests interested in The Big Horn Cottage specifically should search for it by name on Airbnb, since Sheridan Area Rentals Wyoming does not run its own separate booking engine for that unit. The company can also be reached directly by email for questions about availability or its long-term leasing options.
