List Your Property
Here’s exactly how a listing works on this site, upfront: what’s free, what isn’t, and what a listing does and doesn’t say about your business.
Free listings
Any Sheridan-area lodging operator can request a free listing — hotels, motels, inns, campgrounds, RV parks, guest ranches, and vacation rental owners and managers alike. A free listing links directly to your own site or phone number. It never carries a license, rating, or trust badge of any kind: this directory doesn’t verify licensing, doesn’t collect reviews, and doesn’t rank operators against each other, so nothing about how a free listing looks implies any of that.
Featured placement
Featured placement is a separate, paid option, currently available to Wyo Stays and to independent owners whose properties don’t compete directly with Wyo Stays’ own managed inventory. A featured listing gets placement priority — it shows first — but it looks exactly like every other listing otherwise: no badge implying quality, licensing, or trust, just first position.
We’re upfront about this distinction because it’s the whole basis for calling this directory honest rather than a disguised advertisement: every operator gets a free, equal-treatment listing on request, and the only paid option is where you show up in the list — never how trustworthy you look.
