Historic Western Est. 1895 — Vacation Rental Manager in Sheridan, WY

Listing details as of Oct 15, 2026

A three-unit stay in a restored 1895 downtown Sheridan building, operated by Wyo Stays.

Historic Western Est. 1895 occupies a restored building at 40 West Works Street in downtown Sheridan, offering three furnished units within walking distance of Sheridan's Main Street shops and restaurants. The building dates to 1895, giving the property a downtown-historic character distinct from newer construction found elsewhere in Sheridan's short-term rental inventory. It is operated by Wyo Stays, the Sheridan-based vacation rental company, using the same booking and guest-communication systems as the rest of that company's portfolio. Reservations are handled directly through Wyo Stays' own booking channel rather than a third-party marketplace. Its downtown location makes it a walkable option for guests who want to be close to Sheridan's historic district without needing a car for daily errands.
